Retail property consultants BWD appointed GRIN to refresh their brand. The brief was to develop a new bold identity, which would provide stand out against competitors, whilst retaining existing colour ways to remain recognisable to current clientele. GRIN also designed and built a new website and event collateral.
The website features all of the retail property units that BWD are currently advertising, which can all be filtered via location, price, contract, type and property ID. Each property has an integrated google map to show it’s location, plus an image slider, summary, downloadable PDF and property details. The website also includes information about BWD’s team, the services they provide, a news section, plus contact information. Lastly, the website is fully responsive with a modern and clean design.
