GVA are the UK’s leading and most diverse real estate advisory business. They work with private businesses and the public sector across the whole real estate lifecycle, advising on some of the largest real estate projects in the UK and across Europe, from strategy advice, to construction, to transaction, to the management of assets. GRIN devised a brand identity for the Ares group of reatail parks on behalf of GVA. The identity needed to retain the original name but required a uniform style across all sites. The logos also had the flexibility to add the site owner’s name. A template website was created and adapted for each park. The websites were responsive and built with intuitive user-friendly dashboards which could easily be updated and managed in-house. Other elements included devising and setting up email marketing and creating site specific leasing brochures.
