Spirit Pub Company currently operates over 450 leased pubs nationwide within the Spirit Leased division. The leased estate is one of the highest potential estates in the leased and tenanted sector, attracting the highest calibre licensees and providing strong profit opportunities. They offer a whole range of different styles of pubs, from the very best in dining, to great sports and community locals.

GRIN created a unique, eye-catching identity, which would be instantly recognisable and suit the varied nature of the business. All photography was shot in black and white to tie all images together and to support the simple and clear messages Spirit wanted to deliver. The grid layout was developed as an easy template system for property portfolio advertising. The brand was translated across digital, print, internal communications and a presentation video.
