A new identity for Devon's best kept secret

The Osborne Club comprises of 45 exclusive holiday apartments located in a beautiful Grade II listed Victorian building on one of the most beautiful coastal areas of the UK, The English Riviera.

GRIN was tasked with developing a new identity for the accommodation. This identity was then used across a range of print collateral promoting The Osborne Club and its facilities. The new identity presents a premium and exclusive feel for The Osborne Club, with a rich teal green chosen for the key colour of the brand, a colour which exudes values of luxury and confidence. Inspiration was taken from the patterns found within the wrought iron balconies of the Hesketh Crescent building, a unique and distinguishing feature of the Osborne accommodation.

The printed material was used as part of a targeted direct mail campaign to attract new visitors and encourage current visitors to recommend a friend. Reinforcing the premium feel of the brand, aspirational images take pride of place, supported by luxurious but understated patterns and vibrant typographic elements. The sophisticated approach appeals to younger professionals and families alongside an older demographic.
